About Us

Pepsi Little People’s is an international junior golf tournament for boys and girls ages 3 through 18. It has been held annually at golf courses in Quincy, Illinois, USA, since 1974, and has hosted some 24,000 junior golfers and their families. Many of these are now playing on the PGA, LPGA, European, Korn Ferry, PGA Champions, Sunshine, MacKenzie, Symetra and various other professional Tours.  Many are highly ranked college players, or are active as golf professionals or as golf coaches, or in other golf-related businesses.

Pepsi Little People’s is included in the AJGA Performance Based Entry system for boys/girls 14-18  and 12-13 age divisions, with Performance Stars awarded in these divisions.  It is a qualifier for boys and girls ages 5 through 17 for the 2021 IMG Academy Junior World Golf Championship, for the 2021 Future Champions Golf, and for the 2021 PLAY Junior Golf Tour in Canada.  it is a ranked tournament for Junior Golf Scoreboard for boys and girls 10-18, the GolfWeek/Sagarin Junior Rankings for boys and girls 14-18, and Global Junior Golf Rankings for boys and girls 5-18.

The 48th annual Pepsi Little People’s will be played June 21-23, 2021, at two golf courses in Quincy, Illinois. It will be played in seven age divisions for boys and seven age divisions for girls (3-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15, and 16-18). Trophies go to the top three finishers in each division, with participant medals to all non-trophy winners ages 3 through 9, and medals to 6th place for non-trophy winners for ages 10 through 18. I

Activities start each year on Sunday (Father’s Day), with the optional Applebee’s Parent-Child and associated events, followed by practice rounds on Monday. Competition takes place on Tuesday and Wednesday, with prize ceremonies immediately following completion of play in each Division.
