2011 TOURNAMENT

2011 PEPSI LITTLE PEOPLE’S and PEPSI LP COLLEGIATE GOLF CHAMPIONSHIPS

The 38th Annual Pepsi Little People’s Golf Championships for boys and girls ages 3 through 17 will be held on THREE golf courses in Quincy, Illinois, USA, on June 20-22, 2011. Pepsi Little People’s Golf Week, which includes several optional events, is June 19-24, 2011. The Pepsi LP Collegiate Golf Championships for men and women ages 18 through 21 will be held June 20-22, 2011, at the Harry Mussatto (Western Illinois University) Golf Course in Macomb, IL.

Trophies are given in Pepsi Little People’s for 1st through 3rd in all Divisions, with medals to 6th in Divisions 4, 5, 6 and 7 (ages 10-17), and participant awards to all non-trophy winners in Divisions 1, 2 and 3 (ages 3-9). Gift Certificates are given for 1st through 5th in both Collegiate Divisions.

Schedule of Events:

Sunday, June 19
Pepsi Parent-Child tournament (optional) – a 9-hole, alternate shot event at Westview Golf Course, Quincy, IL. Teams are made up of one 2011 Little People’s contestant and one adult, sibling or friend.

Monday, June 20
Practice round (optional) for all participants at their competition course. Greens fee for one practice round is included in entry fee.

Family Celebration Picnic – Free for all participants who sign up; nominal charge for non-participants (families and friends). Picnic is at the Knights of Columbus facilities, which include indoor and outdoor seating, playground, driving range and par-3 golf course. All-you-can eat picnic and a short program which includes awards and prizes for the Parent-Child competition.

Tuesday, June 21
First competition round, all participants, all courses.

Pool Party (optional) at Spring Lake Country Club

Wednesday, June 22
Final competition round, all participants, all courses.

Prize Presentations – All Divisions, all courses

Thursday, June 23*
Pepsi International Mixed Team Scramble (optional) – a 9-hole Team event for players aged 5 through 17 at Westview Golf Course, Quincy, IL; parents may caddie for players

Friday, June 24*
Pepsi International Mixed Team Event (optional) – a 9-hole Team event for players aged 5 through 17 at Westview Golf Course, Quincy, IL; parents may caddie for players

*NOTE: Team events may both be played on Thursday, June 23, depending on number of entries
